Let Us Get Started

We will create a job description after our phone call, based on your families needs. We have a large network of nanny candidates we will review to find the right fit. We will then conduct interviews, check references, and begin the background and MVR check process.

Candidate Introductions

We will then send you candidates we feel could be a match. You will then receive a profile of the candidate via email. From there, you will contact any candidates you want to interview.

Making an offer

After the nanny has accepted your offer, you will want to create a contract between the candidate and your family. You will then set a start date, and begin employment!

Investment

My Nanny charges a one-time finder's fee when you decide to hire a nanny that was referred to you by us. This finder's fee is equal to 12-20% of the nanny's negotiated annual pay, along with a $300.00 non-refundable initial start fee that begins your personalized search. This includes a nanny background check and replacement guarantee on the nanny you choose to employ. You will pay your nanny an hourly rate or salary that is agreed on by both parties at the time of hire. Contact us for a detailed explanation of rates.
