Our process

1

We want to get to know you! After reviewing your application and resume we will determine if you may be a potential candidate for one of our families. Then we’ll schedule a phone call and take you through our process, and learn more about your background, and what you're looking for in your next role.

My Nanny's screening process begins. This will include a background/MVR check, and contacting your references.

We match you with families that we feel may be a good fit.

It’s time to schedule a meeting with the family! We will schedule  the interviews, and advise you on some best practices to help you nail your interview. Typically, our families will conduct a video interview first, and then an in-person interview. After the interviews, we’ll follow up with both you and the family to see how both parties felt about the fit.

A family wants to hire you! We will help negotiate your salary, benefits, and contract to help make sure  you get the best compensation package possible.

You will always have the support of My Nanny throughout your working experience. We will check-in at 2 weeks, 3 months and periodically after that. You can always contact us. We offer continual support throughout  your career.
